3. Visa application form,

4. Original covering letter on Indian company letterhead,

5. Invitation letter copy from Sri Lanka,

6. Credit card copy or Forex endorsement on passport of 500 USD or Forex exchange receipt copy of 500 USD,

7. Ticket Itenary.
